Cancer is not just one disease, it is many + differs case to case based on numerous factors. This difference becomes even more apparent when comparing adult cancers to pediatric. Unfortunately, pediatric oncology research is underfunded, leaving many children to be treated with therapeutics meant for adults.

Donating to Help Fund Charitable Programming:
Cancer not only impacts a child's physical health, but also their mental, emotional, psychological, + spiritual well-being. All aspects of health need to be addressed, + community programming with children + their families is a great start at doing just that.
What We Do
Our goal here is simple - help children affected by cancer.
By offering classes + cozy lounge apparel to yogis + non-yogis alike. 15% of each purchase is a donation to do just that. Donations will be collected throughout the year and given to nonprofits around the world who are committed to making a difference in these children's lives.

welcome to yoga+. we are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and transparent practice space. these Terms & Conditions outline how we work together as a community. by accessing our website, booking a class, purchasing a package or membership, or participating in any yoga+ offering, you agree to the following terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or participating in yoga+ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. we reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
2. Health Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk
Participation in yoga, fitness, and wellness activities involves inherent physical risks. By attending classes (in-studio, outdoor, virtual, or off-site), you acknowledge and agree that:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, yoga+ and its instructors are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during participation.

3. Class Bookings & Attendance
All classes must be reserved in advance through our designated booking platform. We reserve the right to:

Cancel or reschedule classes

Substitute instructors

Deny participation if necessary for safety or community standards
Participants must arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to class start time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of class credit or a fee. Class packages are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Expiration dates on packages are enforced unless otherwise stated. Karma class registrations are non-refundable. yoga+ reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds, if issued, are at the discretion of yoga+.
5. Community Conduct
yoga+ is committed to a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals from classes or events for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, or inconsistent with our community values.
6. Service Classes & Third-Party Partnerships
yoga+ may partner with nonprofit organizations or host classes at third-party locations. Participation in off-site or service classes may involve additional risks. yoga+ is not responsible for the actions, policies, or conditions of third-party organizations or venues. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only.
7. Charitable Giving & Impact Commitments
yoga+ allocates a percentage of net profits annually to selected nonprofit partners.
Donation amounts and partner selection are determined at yoga+’s discretion. Participation in a class does not constitute a tax-deductible donation unless explicitly stated. Impact reporting timelines and distribution cycles may vary.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, class materials, and media are the property of yoga+ and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
9. Photography & Media Release
By attending classes or events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, you must notify yoga+ in writing prior to participation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, yoga+ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of its website or participation in its services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the applicable service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within that state.
