What We Do

Donating to Help Fund Research:
Cancer is not just one disease, it is many + differs case to case based on numerous factors. This difference becomes even more apparent when comparing adult cancers to pediatric. Unfortunately, pediatric oncology research is underfunded, leaving many children to be treated with therapeutics meant for adults.
We can do better.

Donating to Help Fund Charitable Programming:
Cancer not only impacts a child's physical health, but also their mental, emotional, psychological, + spiritual well-being. All aspects of health need to be addressed, + community programming with children + their families is a great start at doing just that.

What We Do
Our goal here is simple - help children affected by cancer.
By offering classes + cozy lounge apparel to yogis + non-yogis alike. 15% of each purchase is a donation to do just that. Donations will be collected throughout the year and given to nonprofits around the world who are committed to making a difference in these children's lives.

a karma class with local vendors, groovy music + a great cause. beneficiary was 13thirty Cancer Connect.
another series in partnership with Schutt's Apple Mill, where yogis enjoy a flight of cider after a power vinyasa class in the tasting room. this particular karma class supported Ronald McDonald House of Rochester.
a biweekly series hosted at Waters Edge, supporting Camp Good Days and Special Times.
going into our community + bringing yoga to Teddi Dance For Love at St. John Fisher University.
karma classes were born in the midst of the pandemic. during a time when we were not able to be within in a few feet from one another, we would meet on Zoom and have charity yoga classes - which later would become what we call our "karma classes".
